Clean-up
The site cleaned up when we're done.
Sod or seed?
- Sod for a fast lawn. Sod gives you a full lawn right away, good for bare yards and new construction.
- Seed for a thin lawn. If the lawn is thin but alive, aeration and overseeding can bring it back for less.
- We'll tell you which. We look at the lawn and tell you straight which one makes sense.
- Then we keep it up. Mowing and fertilization keep the new lawn green and growing.

From our customers

Sod installation in Morris, Sussex & Passaic County.
New sod is the fastest way to a full, green lawn: after a construction job, a septic or drainage dig, a yard the weeds took over, or a lawn that just never filled in. We clear the old turf, lay the sod tight and finish the edges along beds, walks and the driveway.
Not every lawn needs sod. If yours is thin but alive, aeration and overseeding can bring it back for less, and we will tell you straight which one makes sense. Either way, the same family-owned crew from Oak Ridge can mow, feed and look after the lawn once it is in, across Morris, Sussex and Passaic County.
From our base in Oak Ridge we do sod installation across Morris, Sussex and Passaic County, including Jefferson, West Milford, Sparta, Kinnelon, Butler, Mount Olive, Roxbury, Rockaway, Parsippany, Newton, Vernon and Hopatcong. See every town.

Do you install sod?
Yes. We clear the old lawn, lay new sod and finish the edges.
Should I sod or seed?
Sod gives you a full lawn right away. If the lawn is thin but still alive, aeration and overseeding may be enough. We'll look and tell you which makes sense.
Can you keep the new lawn up?
Yes. We mow, fertilize, aerate and overseed, so the same crew can look after the lawn after it goes in.
